to me abs is the hardest thing to get but once you read this couple of tips you could get them.
Tips
- eat right= ok this is a step i do.. work your abs for two days then the other day eat as much as you can...i prefer beans cause more healthy and help you with you muscles also milk. then work out and keep this process up untill you get the abs {note} it works for biceps legs and any part of body.
- do sit ups= just the original ones or any kind
- leg lifts
soo dont give up on your exercising get courage to do it dont be a lazy dude sitting o a couch get up and do some exercise hang out with your buds. people are just getting lazy they blame the food but its you who you should blame.
